999bit Terms & Conditions — What you need to know before using the platform

01 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the 999bit platform and its users. 999bit is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions are originally written in Bengali and that version shall be considered definitive. 999bit reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with the update date and notice provided upon any changes.

By using 999bit, you acknowledge that gaming carries financial risk and that you are participating on this platform voluntarily and with full awareness.

02 Account Register

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering on 999bit. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

Information Required for Registration:

• Full name (as shown on your national ID)
• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Valid email address (optional)
• Payment account details (Mobile Banking/Nagad)

Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or payment account is strictly prohibited.

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is solely your responsibility. Lending or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

03 Age Requirement & Eligibility

Users must be 18 years of age or older to access any 999bit service. Registering an account or using the platform if you are under 18 is strictly prohibited.

999bit may request a copy of your National ID or other identification documents for age verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe will result in a temporary suspension of withdrawals.

If a minor under the care of a parent or guardian accesses the platform in any way, full responsibility lies with that guardian.

04 Deposits & Payments

999bit currently accepts deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers are also accepted. All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100
• Maximum single deposit: BDT 50,000 (without verification)
• Deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes
• No fee for deposit processing
• The payment account used for deposits must match the account used for withdrawals

Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited. Any transactions suspected of money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

05 Withdrawal Policy

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed on 999bit. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be accepted.

Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 100,000 (standard members)
• Higher limits apply for VIP members
• Withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes (typical)
• Withdrawal fee: Zero

Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the bonus page. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.

If documents are requested for verification, failure to submit them within 72 hours may result in your withdrawal request being cancelled.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

999bit offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers — including a welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and free bets. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus offer may only be used once per member
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first
• Bonus validity is generally 7–30 days, as specified in each individual offer
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or use them across multiple accounts will result in forfeiture
• 999bit reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

07 Gaming Policy

All games on 999bit use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology verified by independent third-party auditors. Every game outcome is entirely random and impartial.

Prohibited activities in gaming:

• Use of bots or automated software
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game system
• Colluding with other players to defraud the platform
• Playing from multiple accounts on the same game
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or glitch on the platform

Any of the above activities, if detected, will result in immediate account closure and full forfeiture of all balances. Legal action may be taken where necessary.

08 Sports Betting Terms & Conditions

The 999bit Sports Betting section lets you place bets on cricket, football, tennis, and more. It is the member's responsibility to understand the rules of each sport before placing a bet.

Core Betting Principles:

• Bets that have been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled
• Bets will be voided if a match is abandoned or left unresolved
• Odds in live betting change in real time — the odds at the moment of confirmation are final
• Any bets linked to match-fixing activity will be cancelled
• 999bit reserves the right to investigate unusual or suspicious betting patterns

In any disputed situation, 999bit's decision shall be considered final. Complaints can be submitted through the support team.

09 Responsible Gaming

999bit places responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe gaming should be a source of entertainment — never a cause of financial or personal hardship.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

• Creating Multiple Accounts
• Suspected money laundering or illegal activity
• Failure to verify age
• Court or regulatory authority orders

In the event of account closure, the return of any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) will be decided on a case-by-case basis. No balance will be refunded in cases involving fraud.

Members may also request account closure at any time through support. It is advisable to withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

12 Changes to Terms & Contact
